Most of our Custom Designed Homes are designed at a

fee per square foot of living space.

New Prices, Effective March 1, 2021:

1,600 SF. and Under $3.00 per SF.

1,600 SF. to 2200 SF. $2.75 per SF.

2,200 SF. and up $2.50 per SF.

Double Car Garage Included at No Charge

There is an additional 50 cent per SF. charge for designs on lots over 10% grade.

All designs include a free consultation at your new building site. Additions and small remodels are quoted individually.

2017 Oregon Building Code

We have a partnership with two Engineering Firms to expeditiously & cost-effectively engineer your final drawings to code. The fee for engineering is not included in the design fee. This fee can vary from a few hundred to a few thousand based on the engineering difficulties of the design.

A Note to the Wise

As you visit the Oregon Coast, you will find we have some unique weather and land conditions in the area. Due to this, we caution anyone who plans to buy "stock plans" online. In most cases, these plans cannot be built from due to our specific codes. Our recommendation is to take note of the floor plans and features that appeal to you for future use in your custom design.
