We are a full service design & drafting firm specializing in coastal designs & building techniques. We pride ourselves on creating innovative,functional, & cost effective residential and commercial designs that suit your personal taste & lifestyle. Using the latest technology and computer advances enables us to keep our fees at a fraction of customary Architect’s fees.

OUR PRICES
Our Custom Designs usually cost $1.75 per square foot of living space (no charge for double car garage) and include a free consultation at your new building site. All Remodel Projects are Individually Quoted. Commercial projects are all done in partnership with Stricker Engineering.
